I am Harry C. Crowell, a long time BIA member and builder.
After years in the business and turning 90, I have decided it is time to pass the ‘Homebuilding Baton’ and focus on lot development. Today, I have lots you may be interested in purchasing from Bend, Oregon, and in Southern California.
With that said, I have just completed planning and improving 37 lots as the final part of several previous tracts in Perris, just South of Riverside to complete the several similar projects we previously completed and are lived in and the final tract is ready for a new line of luxury homes. These homesites range from 2.5 acres to 14.5 acres, and all have great access on our new, wide streets, the house pads are all complete and ready to submit house plans for permits.
The plotting and size of each homesite allows the ability to locate the house and accessory buildings, in just about any direction, capturing the magnificent views. These lots and pad sizes are printed and posted on each lot, should you be touring the site. Here are a few details to consider:
Water and electricity are all completed to each lot.
The Subdivision of lots is County-approved and ready to be submit.
County Approvals, with bond releases are completed.
